1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Muvly Moving Services provided by Muvly LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
We provide moving, packing, unpacking, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and time.
3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed on our website.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your move by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged in full.

5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Be present or have a representative available at the pickup and delivery locations.
• Ensure that all items are packed properly if self-packed.
• Inform us in advance of any special requirements or large/heavy items.
• Confirm that access (e.g. elevators, parking) is available.

6. Liability & Damages

• We handle all items with care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly packed items, or items not disclosed in advance.
• Limited coverage is included, and optional additional insurance may be available upon request.
• Claims for damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of the move.

7. Prohibited Items
We do not move:

• Hazardous materials
• Flammable items
• Illegal substances
• Live animals
• Valuables such as cash, jewelry, or important documents

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, IL.
